Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Thought Processes As Life Takes Place
Thought processes vary in how they transform as life takes place and each process has its reason for existing and being in that moment that it takes place. You can not expect to have the same exact thought process as when you were a child in adulthood because added knowledge and life experiences add to that process and to your thoughts.
As you pursue inner growth, you gain knowledge of your thought processes. This gives you the option to add to them consciously and transform them based on desired results you would like to see when going through specific life events or based on an objective you have in mind of a state of being you want to reach with your thought processes as life takes place.
Here are some ways to explore through inner growth your thought processes as life takes place.
- Every morning take five minutes to think of a thought process from your past and present that show the evolution of that thought process thanks to inner growth.
- List three thought processes that standout the most from your childhood and describe the emotions they bring with them still to this day. Next pick one emotion you’re going to add to these thought processes or remove depending on what you find stands out from your descriptions.
- Every time a contrasting (challenging) life event takes place, write about one way you are going to expand your thought process so that you can work through the life event, while learning more about yourself in the moment.
