Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

The things that block us from reaching our highest potential are so many that it’s hard to know where to start or how long will it take to overcome all the blocks we see, the ones that are hidden beneath the surface, and the ones that are deep, deep, deep within us.

As you pursue inner growth it allows you not only to uncover your inner core, the hidden and deeply hidden things that are a part of it; but also, all the blocks that come with expressing your core freely and be at your highest potential consistently thanks to the knowledge gained, the time spent understanding, choosing, deciding what’s next, and so on.

Inner growth also helps you know that this journey is endless seeing as, as long as you live, there will always be something to learn, some block to work through and that is the opportunity you needed to bring your focus to that thing you’ll be working on.

Here are some ways to deal with blocks through inner growth.

  1. Make a list of what you consider blocks for your goals. Every morning, think of one way you’re going to pursue pushing yourself to do something that removes at least one of the blocks you listed and associate to your decision a feeling of love and trust.

  1. Once a year review what you consider a major block to you being able to reach your highest potential in life. Answer these questions: Why is this block still here?  What baby steps can I take to go beyond it or to transform it into an opportunity for my potential? What stands out in your answers about your level of self-confidence.  Also, as years go by compare your answers and see what transformations take place in time.

  1. Think of past blocks that you removed completely from you and your life. Recall the feelings and things you did and keep a list of those things to use them when the next block takes place.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
