Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Dealing With Life’s Events With An Inner Growth Mindset

Your mindset makes a difference in how you deal with life’s events; and an inner growth mindset is one of the ways you’ll get to deal with things from within.

 

An inner growth mindset gets you to uncover you, tune in to your inner core, resolve hurts and let go of fears, and work with you and the external to bring about a positive outcome in the life events you deal with that express your fullest potential in the moment.

 

Here are some ways to apply an inner growth mindset when dealing with life’s events.

 

  1. Make a list of the top three things you wish to achieve in life from within, from an emotional and inner well-being standpoint. Keep your list with you at all times and use it when faced with important life events that are draining you or that are bringing you to contemplate or question yourself.

 

  1. Anytime you are dealing with a life event that is making you agitated take five minutes to focus on the beating sound of your heart and as you do this think of one way you can deal with the event in a different way.

 

  1. Every day think of how life events have and continue to awaken you to your inner core, your heart, your loving self and higher potential. Write about one of the events that you think of and about how it brought consciousness to you in the moment.
