Exploring what you identify with gets you to understand why and how it affects your potential.
As you contemplate what you uncover and pay attention to your emotional state, you are able to work through things that take away from your energy levels with things that add to it instead.
Here are some ways to pursue your exploration of what you identify with through inner growth so that you can keep your potential at your chosen consistent level from the heart.
- Make a list of two to five things you identify with (a group, a sports team, a role, a job, etc.) and next each thing, write one to two ways this identify affects your activities.
- Think of one thing you used to identify with that changed in time and write about how the change came about, why, and how it affected your potential moving forward.
- Define what it means to you to identify with something and with your definition handy, list two to three ways you recognize your definition in the way you talk about yourself, as well as what traits you gain thanks to it.
