Here are some ways to let go of “fixing” and embrace acceptance from the heart to continue your inner growth transformation and journey.
- Anytime you think of ways to solve someone else’s “problem” take a step back and recall times when someone else has come to you to “fix” a problem they thought you had, but that for you is not a problem at all.
- List five ways you try to accept people’s chosen path in life that you struggle with and find five things you can do to let go of the struggle from the heart to allow acceptance to fully take place (from the heart, not just the mind).
- Every time you start thinking that someone’s view of life is a “problem”, switch your focus to what you can learn about this perspective that can help you understand the world around you when you are faced with challenging moments.
