Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Choosing How To Experience Change
There’s always a choice in how we go through things in life, this includes how you experience change.
Change requires its time, its process, its contemplation; and through inner growth you approach it with these in mind and more. As you gain awareness of you and become conscious of your inner core (heart) in the moment, you will start choosing how to experience change based on your desires, beliefs, goals, decisions, and so on.
Here are some ways to help you choose how to experience change with your inner core and inner growth in the forefront.
- Make a list of different feelings you associate to change and feelings you would like to experience during change. When the moment comes implement the feelings you want to pursue and look to diminish the ones you don’t want to associate to change anymore.
- When defining change what stands out to you the most and why. Keep that definition in mind when you are going through change and add to your definition in time as you transform your experience with change.
- Every so often, think of what change has taught you about your inner core and how without that change this knowledge would not have necessarily crossed your path.
