Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Perspective & Gratitude

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

When you keep in mind your perspective, you realize how much that can affect your feelings of gratitude or the things you may take for granted.

As you pursue inner growth and gain awareness of your perspective, you become conscious in the moment and can pursue understanding your perspective while also being grateful for things that sometimes get discounted as “normal” or “nothing special”.

Here are some ways to keep perspective in mind while also perusing feelings of gratitude towards your life and the things that are a part of it.

  1. Make a list of two to five things you do every day that are “normal” and next to each list one reason you’re grateful for it.

  1. Once a year take notice of something special in your life that you would have wanted to live in the moment with gratitude in the forefront. Decide how you’re going to apply this (gratitude) moving forward.

  1. Every morning take five minutes to think of something you are going to do that day with gratitude in mind and if you can, also decide how you want to transmit the same feeling to someone close to you.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
