Inner Growth Thought of the Day: How Far Can You Go With Change For The Life You Want?
The changes you want to see in your life are the transformations you will pursue as you go through your personal journey and pursue inner growth.
How far you can go with the changes you want to see depend on how far you believe you can go and what stamina you hold every time you go through what is a challenge, which is your opportunity to try the transformation you’ve thought of or worked through with your inner core’s (heart) guidance and input.
Here are some ways to stay on path with transformation for the life changes you want to see, while pursuing inner growth.
- Make a yearly list of the changes you want to see in your life. Then every month of that year, notice what you’ve done to bring about that change, what has been most challenging, and what belief you hold can help you navigate through the challenging moments to reach your transformational goal.
- Throughout your day-to-day be conscious of the choices you make as they apply to the things you want to implement throughout that day.
- Take five minutes at least once a week to contemplate what beliefs you hold to dearly and how they can help you achieve your life changing/transformational goals.
