Inner Growth Thought of the Day: The Great Awakening To You
When you embark on an inner growth journey you begin to be awakened to you in a conscious way.
This consciousness brings about an awakening of all the parts of you waiting to be uncovered, explored and expressed in a way that is harmonious from within (from your core, your heart) and with the world around you.
Here are some ways to continue the great awakening to you through inner growth in your day-to-day.
- Take a few minutes in the evening to explore one event that took place in the day (something that upset you, worried you or grabbed your attention in a particular way). Pay close attention to the feelings that pass by and describe those feelings in how they relate to your relationship with you.
- Once a month write about two to three things you’ve uncovered about yourself in how you express feelings and thoughts.
- When you encounter situations that bring about a sense of uneasiness take the time to ask yourself what is creating that uneasiness and decide on two ways you’re going to bring about a sense of peace to the situations.
