Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Preparing For Leadership

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Preparing for leadership is important for how you lead yourself and others; and life has a way to help you with this.

The things you live day by day that push your buttons are the same things that get you to learn to lead from the heart, gain confidence in your heart, and consequently help others do the same.

Here are some ways you can continue preparing for leadership in a way that brings inner growth and leadership to others.

  1. When you have moments of frustration or a number of situations that seem to go “against” you, take a minute to evaluate what these things are telling you about any insecurities or areas where greater patience is required so that you may find your ideal solutions.

  1. In helping others achieve resolutions with their conflicts, remember how you worked through your own. Make a list that is helpful to you as a reminder in future moments of conflict; and use it as a guideline to help you help others with theirs.

  1. Every year review what you have learned thanks to life that has helped you to become a better leader for yourself and for others.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
