Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Being Grateful In The Moment
When you are in the moment, being consciously grateful in that moment too adds to your life experience.
What you see and feel by being in the now and grateful for the now, doubles the inner growth you gain and the beauty you experience in that present moment with that level of consciousness of the now.
Here are some ways to be grateful in the moment and continue your inner growth journey.
- Every time you notice you are not in the now and you bring that focus to the now, accompany that consciousness moment with a question towards yourself and your relationship with gratitude.
- Every day make a list of all the things you were grateful for throughout the day. Then next to each put if you were conscious of that gratefulness in the moment or not.
- Once a week take five minutes to look at all the things that took place in your week, which you are grateful for in how they have helped your inner growth. Pay attention to how conscious you are of the impact these moments have for you.
