Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Finding Peace
Finding peace is something many talk about. Once those who seek it realize that peace is felt and that therefore their journey starts from within, they are able to bring peace not only to themselves, but also to others.
Along this journey of self-discovery and emotional work, you find out a lot about how you can work with yourself to consistently offer peace to yourself, everyday life, and day-to-day events.
Here are some ways to keep you on the journey to finding peace from within and pursue inner growth alongside it.
- Every morning think of at least one instance when you felt pure peace. Keep that thought and the feeling in mind throughout the day.
- Whenever you feel you would like a bit more peace in your day, write out five ways you intend to do that and then put those to action.
- Define peace and all that it entails. With that definition write out one way you are going to pursue peace throughout the year.
