Merriam-Webster Dictionary definition: (v.) 3. to relate harmoniously.

Resonate and inner growth: A look at the things you resonate with allow inner growth because you bring to the surface what you want, what your heart wants, without filters or external inputs; which means you can recognize your inner compass more clearly.

Resonate and inner growth action steps:

  1. In-depth self-exploration questions: What does it mean to me to resonate? How does it feel to resonate with the decisions I make?  Does it matter if something resonates with me?  Who resonates with me in my life?  When was my first experience with something or someone that resonated with me?

  1. List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with resonate at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. From this list think of three instances where you resonated with someone or something, a situation, or decision, and so on.  Write about your experience using the words from your list and notice what stands out.

  1. Bring your awareness to your feelings about when you resonate and notice where your emotions start, where they go, how they change and flow. Keep the focus on the feelings as they move along and whenever you notice a change or the emotions settling somewhere, take a moment to think about the feeling and see what thoughts come to mind too.
