- In-depth self-exploration questions: What is identical in my life? How do I see identical experiences affecting my life moving forward? When was the first time I noticed something that was identical in me and someone else? What behaviors are identical in me that I had four years ago? Who has pointed out to me that I am identical in the way I treat my relationships as someone else? How does that make me feel?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with identical at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. From this list think of one experience that has taught you something very important about that which is identical in your life today as it was five years ago and write about this experience using the words from your list.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about identical and allow them to speak to you through the direction they take and the level of strength each emotion brings. As you focus on these feelings pay attention to where they seem to start off and go.
