Baggage and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: What do I consider baggage? How has my emotional baggage affected me? When did I first define an experience as baggage? Why did I define it as such? How has my emotional baggage affected my relationships? What are some of my biggest takeaways from the baggage I’ve experienced? Why is baggage important to me when it comes to my inner growth?
