Inner Growth Thought of The Day 353 – Giving Your Inner Voice The Lead

Getting your inner voice to lead involves tuning in to your inner core (heart, the essence of you) with the ability to differentiate between what is a part of it from the depths of it and what isn’t a part of it, but something else, that push, if you will, that gets you to know your inner core (heart, the essence of you) thanks to that something getting you to go deep to find it.

Exploring giving your inner voice the lead through inner growth gets you to ask the tough questions that don’t come to mind when you don’t look within.  As you start finding out more of what your inner voice wants to say thanks to this inner growth journey you gain knowledge and the awareness needed to always lead through your inner voice.

Here are some ways to lead with your inner voice thanks to applying an inner growth exploration and journey.

  1. Pay attention to what you have to say about decisions you’re making in any moment your attention is drawn towards doubt or confusion. Differentiate between your initial thought (inner voice on the topic) and the doubt(s) that arose.  Look for a compromise to lead with your initial thought while facing the fears and/or looking for ways to process them in a way that is in synergy to you.

  1. At the beginning of the year decide on one thing you know your inner voice is guiding you to do for your inner harmony (a conflict to overcome, someone to work with on your differences, a job change you’ve been thinking about, etc.) and write about two to three ways you’re going to try and lead with your inner voice in the year to bring about that inner harmony in your life.

  1. Every so often take some time to look back at how you have been making decisions or talking about things. Find in these moments when your inner voice was leading the way and when it wasn’t.  Write about anything that stands out and how inner growth got you to identify and reduce the moments when you weren’t leading with your inner voice.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
