Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Facing Your Struggles Through Inner Growth
Struggles are a great opportunity to awaken yourself to you (your inner core, the essence of you) and inner growth gets you to see that opportunity, as well as pursue it long-term and bring yourself to reach that higher potential you are in your everyday not just when facing struggles.
Thanks to an inner growth journey and mindset you transform your struggles into moments of gaining knowledge of the depths of you (starting with surface struggles to inner core ones). As you uncover the layers to you (conscious to subconscious) you start bringing to your struggles, awareness from your heart; and by implementing your inner core’s choices consciously, you also choose to acknowledge your power to choose when struggles present themselves.
Here are some things you can do to face your struggles through inner growth.
- Any time you face a struggle write about what stands out the most from the situation at hand. Then pursue one solution that comes to mind from the heart (your inner core, that intuition that speaks to you) as you think of this unique dilemma. Write about the experience and how your inner core helps you achieve that happy medium you require to bring inner harmony and move forward from the struggle that holds you back.
- At the end of the year think about three struggles you faced (one personal, one career related, and one emotional). Write about three ways your inner core (heart, the essence of you) kept giving you clues to your solutions and how inner growth helped you to tune in to those clues, gain clarity, and bring forth the solutions to the inner struggles.
- Make it a habit to identify daily struggles and bring awareness of you and how you are playing a role in the struggles. Whatever you spot through this raising of consciousness and understanding of you and your role (in the moment), bring forth at least one solution that rings true to your inner core (your heart). You’ll know it rings true because you’ll feel it flow from within (from your emotions to your physiological responses such as relaxed muscles, open and warm heart, that sense of comfort feeling and calm, excited or ecstatic moments, etc.).
