Life’s pressures and irritations have their inner growth lessons when you explore them from within, from your inner core; and uncover the hidden messages your higher/wiser/loving self is trying to communicate to you through this exploration from the heart.

With an inner growth mindset approach your focus on your inner core’s message and what your heart has to share on the in-depth source of these pressures and irritations, these external components that “push” your buttons, always ends up leading you to amazing discoveries of what you can do to resolve these matters from the heart for good.  As always, thanks to inner growth, you tap into choices that can lead you to the unlimited potential you hold or at the very least, you are able to find balance with the situation(s) at hand that satisfies harmony within your heart and keeps you at your best and proactive in the moment.

Here are some ways to navigate life’s pressures and irritations through inner growth.

  1. In moments of life pressures or irritating situations notice how you speak of these moments. Write down two to three words that stand out in how you talk about the pressures and/or irritations.  Notice what types of feelings arise from within when you read these words out loud and how they reflect your inner core’s feelings about yourself in the same situations.

  1. Decide on one thing you’re going to do to bring understanding, empathy, and love to any situation where you notice pressure or irritation arising. After the situation has passed, write about how doing this helped you in the moment.

  1. At the end of a year, take some time to write or think about one instance where you used inner growth to uncover the source of the pressures and irritations you faced with a very important life goal that was taking place (that year). From this recollection, use a couple words to describe one of your biggest lessons from the entire experience.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
