Working through heart-felt pressures and fears through inner growth allows you to gain inner knowledge when facing moments like these, as well as emotional and personal growth in how you are when you are going through them.

 

Thanks to an inner growth approach you are able to uncover those unconscious components to heart-felt pressures and fears that typically keep you in a stall state when they come your way.  Inner growth gets you to not only bring hidden aspects, that are limiting your potential, to consciousness; but also, gives you the possibility to actively work through them and bring about the transformation you want to see.

 

Here are some ways to work through heart-felt pressures and fears through inner growth.

 

  1. Make a list each month of things you sense are heart-felt pressures and fears for you. Next to each item you list, decide on two ways you’re going to bring love and a sense of serenity to them in the moment (as they are happening).

 

  1. Once a year look back at the unconscious heart-felt pressures and fears you uncovered from your inner core. Write about what stood out to you the most in this discovery and how you are going to use what you learned to bring more of the essence of you (your inner core’s love and joy) to your life in the year to come.

 

  1. Any time you are faced with a heart-felt pressure and/or fear, think of one to two similar situations you experienced in the past and how you were able to overcome them. Thanks to this reminder then decide what you can do to overcome the situation at hand in a positive way for you emotionally, personally, and practically.
