Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Having The Courage To Be The True You From The Heart

Having the courage to be the true you from the heart is an amazing moment in your inner growth journey.  Thanks to your chosen path, the challenges you face in overcoming the fears that hold you back from being your true you from the heart are transformed into learning opportunities.

These learning inner growth moments bring you to give your inner core (heart) the place it deserves in all aspects of your life.  You gain knowledge of you and your inner core’s message, while being brought to accept the external as is, work with it as you are, as well as choose the transformations you want to see of you from within; and ultimately, no longer defining you or your inner core by anything external.

Here are some ways to have the courage to be the true you from the heart along your inner growth journey.

1. Once a week make it a point to list one to three things that you did or spoke of (brought forth in your day-to-day, actions, thoughts, relationships, etc.), which were exactly as you felt them from the heart.

2. Any time you notice yourself doing something opposite your heart-felt truth or that hides some parts of your inner core’s truth, write about one to three things that brought you to do this like what challenges you notice are present. Also, write about one to two things you’ll try to do to bring forth your heart-felt truth completely the next time around.

3. At the end of a year, look back to the times you were the true you from the heart and the times you weren’t. For each time/life moment you recall, list two to three things you learned about you, transformed about you to bring about inner and external harmony, and that you foresee will assist you further in expressing and bringing forth your unlimited potential in the year to come.
