When facing obstacles and challenges through inner growth you start finding the hidden lessons these events hold for you. As you begin this process of gaining knowledge from these moments, you transform them (the obstacles and challenges) into opportunities and positives that add to your inner growth journey.
It’s important to become conscious of you in the moment of an obstacle and/or challenge, as well as notice the feelings that arise within and from the heart. This enables you to uncover hidden fears, doubts or insecurities you want to deal with so that you may release them, as well as work through the feelings to transform them alongside your inner self discoveries.
Here are some ways to face obstacles and challenges through inner growth.
- Any time you’re presented with an obstacle and/or challenge take the time to center yourself and think of three things you can learn from this moment (learn about you, your potential or hidden thoughts, fears, etc. that you hold).
- Start a list of post-obstacle and challenge words or mini-descriptions that tell about/express how you felt throughout the process and how you allowed your inner core (heart) to guide you through it.
- Once a year take some time to think back at the most important moments where your triumph in overcoming an obstacle and/or challenge was thanks to your trust in you, your inner self, and inner core’s guidance.
