Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Going Beyond What You Can See

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Going beyond what you can see means expanding your inner growth journey to include familiarity and knowledge of your senses and their meanings (in addition to those “physical”/human components to you know of thanks to pursuing inner growth).

As you look to tap into your senses when you go through things in life you get a glimpse of the lessons you’ll be acquiring from things that take place and the next steps you can expect to face and take in your inner growth that will lead you to inspire your higher potential (your essence and form together).

Here are some ways to use inner growth to go beyond what you can see and tap into your senses.

  1. Make it habit to log different feelings that stand out throughout the day on things that happen, people you meet, thoughts on projects you’re pursuing and so on. Review those feelings from time to time to compare them to the things that happened (conclusions) regarding pending situations, people, projects and anything you had written down with feelings that stood out for one reason or another.

  1. Make a list of all the senses/intuitive feelings you find are easily identifiable to you and uncover if there are any filters that need removing from them (such as fears, judgements, closed off perspectives, etc.). Modify your list as you remove filters and look through other senses/intuitive feelings that come up in time.

  1. Once a year write about three specific incidents connected to your senses (things you already knew would go a certain way). Write about what you learned about yourself and how tuning in to your senses helped you remove any blocks that were holding you back from being at your best in the moment.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
