Following your heart to put into practice the essence of you is a beautiful, yet challenging journey due to the intricacies of giving shape to that which is without shape.

As you embark on an inner growth journey you learn to tune in to your heart and decipher through life events and inner exploration what that heart is telling you to do.  With the knowledge you gain and the challenges you face through the heart and inner growth you arrive at doing all things from the heart, which brings you to pursue your unlimited potential (both in essence and in form/practical day-to-day life).

Here are some ways to apply inner growth when looking to your heart to do the things you feel as part of your journey.

  1. When you have a feeling/intuition that points to taking an opportunity (job, relationship, life experience) and you notice yourself entering doubt, write out two to three words that describe your feeling and what they indicate to you that’s positive about the opportunity.

  1. Once a year look back to those moments you did things from the heart and list all the pros that came from these moments. Keep them as reminders to keep you on the path of tuning in to your heart and following it.

  1. Every time an important event takes place in your life, take some time to think or write about how you felt from the heart as the event took place.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
