Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Going Beyond & Transforming Deep Hurt

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Everyone deals with moments of deep hurt; because they’re so deep, they are some of the most challenging moments to transform along an inner growth journey.

It requires lots and lots of patience, love, perseverance and inner exploration to get to the bottom of deep hurt, but also send it love and positivity as it is taking place so that you can go beyond it and transform it into something that no longer holds you back from your unlimited potential.

Here are some ways to go beyond and transform deep hurt as you pursue inner growth.

  1. In a moment of deep hurt turn your focus within and find the positives of this experience no matter how hard it may be. Remind yourself of these positives as you work through the moment.

  1. Once a year take a look at what situations caused the most hurt to you and look to what outcomes came about following the rough moment and thanks to your perseverance.

  1. Make a list of the things you love most about life and being able to feel things. Remind yourself of this love for life and the beauty of emotions in moments of deep hurt.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
