Before you embark on an inner growth journey there is usually a breaking point that leads you to make the shift on inner focus, tuning in to your heart and pursuing that inner core throughout your day-to-day life events and interactions.
This breaking point can be a strong emotion or something that happens or an accumulation of things. As you focus within you discover you, discover your power to choose and to transform, and begin a journey of trying out different things that bring about the expression of the essence of you in form.
Here are some ways to move forward from a breaking point that leads to inner growth and pursuing the expression and sharing of your highest potential in the life you want to lead and create.
- Make a list of the breaking points from your past that stand out the most for what they brought to you when you finally decided to follow your heart. Keep these events in mind to stay open to future breaking points.
- Every morning take five minutes to contemplate the things you feel are limiting you in some way and decide how you’re going to focus within so that you can remove the limit.
- Define what a breaking point looks like to you and list five characteristics you hold that can help you get through it in the best possible way for you and from the heart.
