If you set out to do something, no matter how small it may seem, it is worth celebrating.  As you pursue inner growth you tune in within, to your inner core, and realize the importance to your heart of those things you set out to accomplish.

With your heart speaking to you the importance of this “small” thing, you realize how “big” it is to you and that is what you want to celebrate, learn from, and share with others.  Recognizing that what you feel within is not “small” at all, gets you to celebrate the “small” things in life and share that with others if you wish to do so.

Here some ways to celebrate the small things in life and pursue inner growth as well.

  1. Any time you set a goal or objective for yourself, write down two to three reasons it’s important to you and decide one way you’re going to celebrate it from the heart when you’ve accomplished it.

  1. When you notice yourself diminishing the small things in life that bring you joy, take five minutes to write about how important these “small” things are to you and the feelings they bring to your heart.

  1. In interactions where others may talk down your accomplishments bring to mind two to three ways these accomplishments are major to you in what they add to your life.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
