Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Complete Trust In You
When it comes to completely trusting in you, it requires the time for you to ask questions of those things you don’t “trust” in you. With time you gain more answers and with inner exploration you gain awareness of what is keeping you from trusting you.
As you learn things about you thanks to your inclination to look within and learn about your inner core and self from your life experiences, you uncover those areas where trust lacks; and with this knowledge you decide on what steps will work for you to gain that trust, remove the lack from a place of heart, and move forward in your journey with trust in your heart.
Here are some ways to explore and gain complete trust in you through inner growth.
- Make a list of two to five things you trust about yourself and notice the feelings that arise from within for each. Keep these feelings in mind to pinpoint those things you don’t trust and when you spot them, think about one way that can work for you to gain trust and remove the lack of trust feeling.
- Look back in the year and identify one to three situations where you became aware of a lack of trust in you in that moment and acted to build trust as you became aware of what was going on. Keep these situations in mind for future moments where you notice a lack of trust in you.
- In your definition of trust identify how many of the attributes you include in your definition are a part of attributes you find in your inner core’s decisions. Whatever attributes are missing, find two to three ways you are going to bring them about.
