Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Being Conscious Changes Everything
Being conscious is something that gets you to be in the moment, explore it and explore yourself.
This state of awareness in the moment brings changes that help inner growth, as well as inner harmony since as you become conscious of your gut, instincts, intuition, you also learn to trust life and see how these experiences are what get you to know the depths of your heart (passions, as well as fears that you want to overcome).
Here are some ways to keep being conscious in the forefront in the moment.
- Every time you notice you’re reacting to something in an uncomfortable way take a mental break and ask yourself why, explore what is going on.
- Make a list of five ways you can work with yourself to be conscious in the moment from within, meaning that you identify where you (your opinions, fears, judgements) are affecting the situation.
- Define what being conscious (in a state of consciousness) means to you, and add to your definition every year to see what changes or what gets add, etc.
