Trial and error is one-way inner growth is pursued and purpose is found; it’s life in the works and things that play out as you choose the day-to-day actions you want to take to lead a happy and heart-centered life.

Thanks to experiences and going through the trial and error process you uncover plenty of yourself and life depending on your mindset when going through the moment.

Here are some ways to keep an inner growth mindset present when going through trial and error moments.

  1. Make a list of three to four times you’ve tried something to reach a goal, change, complete a project. When you look at these three to four experiences pay attention to how you feel and explore those feelings to understand your emotional relationship with this process.

  1. Write out the pros from trial and error when it comes to finding out more about your inner self and heart, and how this has helped you in the things you do (work, life, relationships, etc.).

  1. Describe one of the most powerful aha moments you have experienced thanks to finding your purpose through the trial and error process as you pursue inner growth.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
