A Man in the Park

1–2 minutes

read

The moon was high while I was in the park.
The wind blew through his beautiful dark hair,
His eyes were greener than the greenest mark,
And he stood tall and vigorous with care.

Reading a book, while leaning on a wall;
He seemed to be unreachable to me.
Sensitive, strong, and sweet like a water fall,
Ignoring ones that did not merit he.

Very proud and different from others here,
An angel sent from heaven down to earth;
Still was modest, treating others with care.
Both his parents were blessed with his birth.

As the night faded away so did he.
He vanished, leaving no trace for me.
