Even though when we’re hostile towards someone or something it’s easier to focus on how to avoid the person or situation altogether; confronting those hostile feelings and understanding their source can bring you to explore yourself, transform the situation, and in doing so pursue inner growth.
How you feel about change is what sparks feelings and thoughts that tie in with inner growth. Whether you search for and welcome change or not, pondering those moments are what can lead you to uncover more about yourself and decide on matters regarding inner growth.
When experiencing jealousy, a person has the opportunity to pursue inner growth because it is brought to their attention a feeling of disadvantage or lack that they have compared to something or someone outside of them.
