The inclinations that take away from us involve various scenarios, situations and/or moments; but the common denominator in all of these involve something that contrasts or conflicts (if you will) with you (what you want, expect, see, think is right or wrong, and so on)…

Synergy is an amazing feeling when applied to everyday life situations, to thought patterns, and day-to-day behaviors, and it is also what boosts your energy in such a way that keeps you working towards your life achievements, the ones your heart knows are meant to be a part of your life.
The things that block us from reaching our highest potential are so many that it’s hard to know where to start or how long will it take to overcome all the blocks we see, the ones that are hidden beneath the surface, and the ones that are deep, deep, deep within us.
The essence of you is not necessarily something that hits you as a “something” to focus on or pay attention to, but once you embark on an inner growth journey, all your sense towards you (your inner you, your core), get heightened and brought to consciousness.
Thinking outside the box takes place when faced with some challenges, but also when faced with moments of creativity. When pursuing inner growth these opportunities become even greater in the unlimited potential they can reach.
As you become more in tune to your inner core and heart along an inner growth journey, you start noticing the presence of you in the things you do and the absence of you in the things you do.
When it comes to good things in life, can you really have too much of it? Who decides what’s too much and why should there not be too much of it? These sayings or thoughts can bring about tendencies to hold back or limit the potential you aim to achieve in life.
A break and/or pause is always helpful for inner growth when you turn within. These pause moments allow you to take some time to turn to your inner core and ask questions about the choices you’re making or about how you’re feeling in a moment where you’re about to react to something that is going on.
Unexpected surprises are taken well when wanted or inclined to resonate with something desired, but when the opposite is the case there are different ways you are affected that can take away from you, instead of add to you and your day.
Deciding to break bad habits, those habits that stifle your growth, requires a choice and the perseverance to obtain the new habit desired that can help you express and be more of you, as well as continued belief that this is obtainable (that your efforts will go somewhere).
