Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Being At Your Best Through Inner Growth

When you’re on an inner growth journey being at your best comes easily thanks to the mindset the journey puts you on.


As you look to the world to learn the depths of you, your heart, and how to share that with the world in a way that spreads harmony and love, you find yourself enveloped in the emotions of love, compassion, understanding, and excitement of the new that is every day.


Here are some ways to implement an inner growth mindset as you pursue being at your best in your day-to-day.


  1. Take five minutes throughout the day to review your emotional state. Write down what you notice most about it and how it affected you being at your best.


  1. List five things that always keep you at your best. Next to each item listed, write out how you are going to include them through your actions and day-to-day tasks.


  1. When you find yourself focusing on how to change the outside world, remind yourself that change and transformation come from within. Switch your attention inward and ask yourself: why this situation is occupying your mind; what does it say about your inner self, heart, fears, etc.; and what can you do to bring love and light to the situation.
