Decision and inner growth action steps:

  1. In-depth self-exploration questions: How does my decision process affect me? What types of decisions do I make daily?  When is it important for me to make a decision on my own?  Does someone influence my decisions?  How important are the decisions I make?  When I have to make a decision for a long-term event, how do I handle it?  Who helps me with my decisions?

  1. List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with decision at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. From the list think of one decision you made that changed your life.  Write about this decision in detail using the words from your list.

  1. Bring your awareness to your feelings about any decision you’ve made or think you could make and allow those feelings to flow. Pay attention to those decisions that bring about a bigger emotional response and notice where the feelings are located in your body.  Visualize those emotions freely flowing and silence your mind from time to time to really pin point the emotions you’re feeling.
