Inner Growth Word of the Day: Infinite
Merriam-Webster Dictionary definition: (adj.) 1. extending indefinitely. 2. immeasurably or inconceivably great or extensive. 3. subject to no limitation or external determination.
Infinite in a sentence: When something is infinite it lasts forever.
Infinite in action: A feeling that has no limitations is infinite.
Infinite and inner growth: A look at the feelings or things you consider infinite gives you great insights into that which is a part of you and your life indefinitely. This awareness brings inner growth by bringing about a deeper sense of the things that are a part of you.
Infinite and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: What do I consider infinite in my life? How does that which is infinite affect my life? When did I first think about something or someone as infinite to me? What feelings are infinite in me? Why does something infinite affect me the way it does? How has an infinite feeling affected my life?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with infinite at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. Now think of one feeling that stands out as infinite and write about it with the words from the list.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about when you infinite and allow them to flow. As they move along notice where they stem from and if they seem to stop in certain places more than others, visualize those emotions moving along like water down a stream.
