Inner peace and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: What does inner peace mean to me? Have I found inner peace? When was the first time I thought about inner peace? How long have I been pursuing inner peace? What are my takeaways from inner peace? How has inner peace affected my life and my relationships? Why did I think about inner peace in the first place?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with inner peace at the center and then list or put around it all the other words that come to mind associated with it. From here write out three instances where you found inner peace. Now pick the one that stands out the most in how it makes you feel and use your list of words to write about it.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about inner peace and allow them to flow throughout your body. As you do this bring your attention to where those emotions go and if you notice them stopping in certain areas of your body more than others, visualize them moving on and evenly distributing across your entire body. When you’re ready let thoughts come in and notice what first inner peace moments come to mind.
